About Us

Infrasonic Audio was founded in early 2022 out of a desire to marry the world of engineering and musical creativity to bring new synthesizer concepts and digital music tools to life. We occupy the creative space “below what is audible”.

We provide freelance development and consulting services for synthesizers and digital music products as well as develop our own products. Our first Eurorack Module release, Warp Core, came out in late 2023.

Nick Donaldson – Founder, Owner, and Chief Engineer

As a lifelong musician who has been writing, producing, and performing music in some capacity for over twenty years, music and audio are a fundamental part of who I am. I’m passionate about creating music tech that's innovative, useful, and inspiring.

My background encompasses music, electrical engineering, programming, and product development. I have over a decade of experience in C++, Digital Signal Processing, mobile/embedded development, and creative technology.

I live in the Denver, CO area and perform music under the alias Kip Schwinger.
